In 2015, the first structured project took shape with the foundation of Caldarola & Partners, focusing on the fresh food sector. In 2018, Talos was established to manage frozen products and complementary items. This created an integrated system that has evolved into a solid, dynamic and reliable organization, widely recognized for its strategic vision.
Our operations span the national territory, maintaining constant dialogue with industry leaders, large-scale retailers, organized distribution, and the HORECA channel. Today, we are entering a new phase of evolution: the expansion of our offices, the integration of new expertise within the team, and the acquisition of new clients and producers strengthen our identity as a more structured organization with an international outlook. The Caldarola brand is increasingly positioned as a strategic partner and business enabler, bridging Italian excellence with global markets.

Driving this transformation is the arrival of Luigi Caldarola, a young professional with an international academic background and a modern vision of the food industry. After earning a degree in Economics and Management from LUISS Guido Carli University and participating in an Erasmus program at the University of Galway in Ireland, he continued his studies with a Master of Science in International Food & Beverage Management from ESCP Business School — ranked No. 1 worldwide in the field (Eduniversal Ranking).
Graduating with a GPA of 3.90/4 and having completed numerous consulting projects in collaboration with leading food & beverage companies, Luigi brings to the company a global mindset, advanced strategic management skills, and a strong aptitude for building international relationships. He speaks fluent English, has studied Chinese, and is well-versed in global export scenarios.
His arrival marks a key turning point in leading the company toward new markets, new languages, and new synergies.
